- Voicemail - Cable & Wireless offers a strong variety of complimentary features with regular voice mail such as call routing, easy retrieval of messages, notification and alerts, and customizable greetings. These and other features are available for low monthly rates.
- Calling Features - We want you to get the most from your home phone services, which is why we offer convenient and affordable packages with advanced calling features such as call waiting, 3-way calling, call forwarding, caller ID, automatic busy call back, and speed calling.
- Card Services – You can pick up one of our prepaid calling cards at any of our retail locations and through our authorized agents. Additionally, we offer credit card calling services for foreign visitors with single number dialing on any pay or regular phone.
- Directory Enquiries – Our Directory Services let you easily find local and international numbers at low rates via phone or online via the Internet. We also offer special services to blind persons.
- International Direct Dialing Services – You can call direct anywhere in the world with the reasonable rates and the high quality that you would expect from Cable & Wireless.
- Pay Phones – Across the Caribbean, you’ll find a Cable & Wireless payphone ready to serve you using cash or a phone card.
Residential - Prepaid Service
In the residential segment, we’re offering new prepaid and unified billing services as well as bundled service packages. To simplify and balance customer pricing, we came up with the first-ever Single National Rate in Jamaica in 2004. Additionally, in late 2005, we launched the first-ever pre-paid fixed line service offered in the Caribbean.
